My Tiki cocktail 👻

I named this cocktail after the 5Y aged rum I have used: “Ghost in a Bottle”. The story behind this Rum all started in 2015 with the production of ginetical, a craft gin that embodies his literal and figurative roots. Today Ludwig Lampaert, founder and dynamic spirit behind the Rum “Ghost in a Bottle”, produces award-winning modern spirits, following ancient traditions. All good things take time, so the saying goes, that's why Ludwig takes time to create, smell, taste, judge and if necessary start all over, until he is convinced of the quality of his products.

Ghost in a Bottle rum 5y is a blended rum from trinidad & tobago. It has been aged in oak bourbon barrels for 5 years. This pure golden rum shows hints of tropical fruit on the nose, like pineapple, peach & coconut and it has plenty of spiciness. It finishes rather dry with a very rich and long aftertaste. It's a complex and well balanced rum. - ​Enjoy it neat as a sipping rum or get inspired and make one hell of a Cocktail !💁🏼‍♀️⤵️ 30ml 5y Rum 30ml Western spirit premium spiced rum 25ml Lime juice 25ml Pineapple juice 15ml Lemon juice 15ml Passion fruit syrup 1.5 Fresh passion fruit Dried pineapple A dash of 151 Bacardi rum Combine the 6 first ingredients in a shaker, then cut one of the fresh passion fruits, take a little spoon and take all the seeds out and put it in your mix. Fill up your shaker with crushed ice, shake firmly! Pour your mix into your Tiki mug of choice (don’t strain this cocktail, otherwise the seeds of the passionfruit will not be in the cocktail). Fill further up with crushed ice, then garnish with the last half of the passion fruit and a dried pineapple, spray this with 151 Bacardi and set on fire!🔥 Cheers!
